President Donald Trump last week banned CNN, MS NOW and Politico from the White House, prompting all three outlets to sue.
The White House argued in legal filings that the president's actions are lawful and has accused the outlets of threatening national security by "trafficking in verifiable falsehoods" and publishing sensitive or classified information.
